WASTEF / Amed Materials

<WASTEF> Waystep (AMED)-Core Technology

  • · Target Waste: Any waste such as household waste + sewage sludge, food waste, livestock manure
  • · Development and mixing of WASTEF : binding catalyst between wastes, odor removal, etc.
  • · Low heat drying and molding: High-calorie inorganic substances remain intact due to microbial fermentation drying (not carbonization drying)
  • · Calorific value: 4,000~5,500Kcal/Kg: Difference in heat quantity depending on waste composition and material

Core technology

WASTEF® is mixed with wet organic matter and dried to less
than 40% of moisture content within 2 to 4 days to reproduce it as fuel.

Key features of WASTEF®

  1. 1. Combined catalyst between heterogeneous wastes :
    It promotes binding to solidify any type of waste.
  2. 2. Water content adjustment :
    When a waste step is mixed with waste water having a water content of 80 to 90%, it falls to 40 to 50%. This is a new technology that promotes drying by not breaking down the arithmetic water content but by breaking a large complex flow molecule by using various energy sources in the mixing/drying process (drying the inner moisture branch, not just outside the molecule).
  3. 3. Odor removal
    Various functional substances that block anaerobic fermentation work in the waystep. Ion exchange, adsorption, offset, decomposition, oxidation, substitution, etc. are made for the deodorizing effect.
  4. 4. Fever promotion
    The calorific value is 4,000 Kcal or more and the combustion time is continuously maintained.
